Stevie is here to support you by handling routine requests so our staff can spend time helping members with more complex needs.
We understand that introducing new technology can bring many questions. Stevie is here to simply support staff in their day-to-day. A call center representative will be available to you upon the first request. Stevie will not be taking the place of our call center. It will simply be a tool to help you get answers more quickly and efficiently. We hope that this will allow us more time to interact meaningfully!

Stevie will not have all the answers. If Stevie cannot answer your question, you will be transferred to one of our Call Center Representatives upon your first request!

Nope! The great thing about implementing Stevie, is every call is first in line. There is no limitation to how many calls Stevie can answer!
