Notary services are available at the Lake Charles and Sulphur offices.
All notary work is done for members absolutely free. The only notary work that we do not do is the preparation of a Will or prepartion of Vendor's Lien, or Cash Deed, when someone is selling their property. We feel that these two issues are too complex and time consuming, and can be revoked in a court of law by members of the family even if they are done properly by the notary. Please call and discuss with one of our notaries anything you may have a question about. That you need notary work.
Southwest Louisiana Credit Union is pushing to have notaries at every office and hope by the end of 2008 to have notaries at all offices for our members convience.
