SOUTHWEST Louisiana Credit Union knows how important having a home can be for a family. The credit union makes loans on "NEW" and "USED" mobile homes.
Currently the credit union makes Fixed Rate Loans on mobile homes up to 20 years on new mobile homes, and 10 years on used mobile homes that are used for the member's primary residence. Down payments as little as 10% for new mobile home purchases and 15% for used mobile home purchases. The credit union finances 90% of selling price on NEW homes and 85% of selling price or N.A.D.A. value on USED mobile homes which ever is the least.*
*Payment example: If a member has a 20 year Mobile Home Loan with an Annual Percentage Rate of 8.00% the member would have a payment of $ 8.36 per $1,000 borrowed. All Mobile Home Loans with the credit union at this time have fixed interest rates that will not increase after the consummation of the loan.
